• Galaxy Carting & Recycling is licensed to do business in New York (Trade Waste license # 0972), New Jersey (A 901 # SW297) and Massachusetts (DPU2003). Some of the accounts that we handle are The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Asbury Park Press, The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald and The Racing Forms to name a few. • Galaxy Recycling Center is a fully licensed recycling center located in Jersey City, New Jersey.  The facility processes recyclable paper products. The facility has over $5 million worth of processing equipment with the only double star screen on the East Coast. The facility is the largest independently owned producer and shipper of overissue news and white blank news in the USA.

• Galaxy Recycling North Recycling Center is a fully licensed recycling center located in Billerica, Massachusetts. The facility processes recyclable paper products. The facility has over $3 million worth of processing equipment.

• Galaxy Brokerage buys processed or unprocessed recyclables from suppliers, arranges pick-ups, freight forwarding, insurance and sells the recyclables to paper mills worldwide. Currently, Galaxy has 3 exclusive mill direct users and sells to mills in more then 15 countries.

• Liberty News Distributors is the exclusive distributor for the New York Times in Metro PA and the five surrounding counties. Liberty distributes over 50 publications to over 1000 accounts 24 hours per/day, 7 days per/week and 365 days per/year. Some of the major papers that Liberty distributes are The New York Times, The New York Post, The Daily News and USA Today to name a few. Liberty operates over 50 trucks.

• Line Star Tube & Core buys, sells, and remanufactures tubes and cores used in the paper, garment, twine, and stretch film industries. LineStars core cutters are accurate within 1/16 of an inch with a score cut edge so gang-loading cores on your shafts is no problem. With LineStars modern core unwinders customers may leave paper on their used tubes and cores, have LineStar unwind them and get paid for both the recycled paper as well as the spent core. The service area includes USA and Canada.

• Galaxy Packaging sells groundwood paper for packaging purposes. With our dust free shredders we produce clean shredded news, baled in a poly bag weighing only 100 pounds for easy handling. This environmentally friendly product is in direct competition with Styrofoam Peanuts and Bubble Wrap. With our high speed sheeting machines your butt rolls are cut to size serving the pocket book industry. Closed Newsprint, Half-Open News and Large Open News are all produced at our facility. The service area includes the Tri-State area.
